Production planned backward from the mail date
The schedule identifies approvals, data locks, version counts, press dates, lettershop, and entry. When timing is compressed, the program owner can see which decisions are on the critical path before a deadline is lost.
- Postcards, EDDM flats, self-mailers, and letter packs
- District, market, language, and offer versions
- List-based personalization or route-saturation preparation
- Presort, documentation, and planned USPS entry
Version control for fast-moving creative
Campaign mail often changes late. We require approved art and clear version quantities, then tie each version to the correct list segment or route plan. The client remains responsible for required political disclaimers and final content approval.
Political Mail is not official Election Mail
USPS distinguishes campaign materials from authorized Election Mail such as voter-registration and ballot materials. Tell us exactly what the piece is so the correct markings, escalation path, and USPS resources are used; official election programs require separate review.

Frequently asked
- Can you handle multiple campaign versions?
- Yes. We can produce geographic, audience, language, and offer versions, provided the approved art, data logic, and quantities are locked to the production schedule.
- Do you support EDDM for political mail?
- Yes. EDDM can fit campaigns that want every delivery point on selected carrier routes. List-based mail is better when the program must target named recipients or modeled audiences.
- Is political campaign mail the same as Election Mail?
- No. USPS uses Election Mail for authorized materials such as voter-registration and ballot mail. Political Mail generally refers to campaign communications. The content and mail owner must be identified before production.
